Version 3 of our popular California Construction Forms and Contracts includes both RTF and PDF formats.

We are currently supplying Version 3.0.2

• The version number can be determined in Windows by inserting the CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive, then viewing the "name" or "volume label" for the disc in "My Computer" or "File Manager." The disc label will read "Forms_v_3_0_2" if you have the most recent version.

To address minor changes in California Law, from time to time we issue updates to our forms. These updates are provided for the use of licensed users of our California Construction Forms and Contracts product; any other use is prohibited.

• If you have version 3.0.0 or 3.0.1 ("Forms_v_3_0" or "Forms_v_3_0_1"), contact Builder's Book on changes available in the most current version that you may want to obtain. We can arrange to provide you with updated files.
• If you have version 3.0.2 ("Forms_v3_0_2") purchased on or before February 12, 2007, contact us for information on revisions available for your version. (Copies of Version 3_0_2 purchased after February 12, 2007, do not require this update.)

Please note: No software is included on the California Construction Forms and Contracts CD-ROM. The CD-ROM provides "templates" you use with other software...

• The RTF (Rich Text File) format can be used with most of today's popular word processing software (Microsoft® Word® or Works®, Corel® WordPerfect®, etc.).
• The PDF (Adobe® Acrobat®) files require the FREE Adobe Reader® at a minimum; for more flexibility and the ability to save completed PDF forms, you will need either the paid Adobe Acrobat product or a low-cost alternative like CutePDF™ FormFiller™ or CutePDF Professional™.
