WASHINGTON STATE BUILDING CODE CHAPTER 51-50 WAC

Based on the 2018 International Building Code, as well as the 2018 International Existing Building Code and ICC/ANSI A117.1-2009.

The Washington State Building Code Council has adopted the 2018 edition of the International Building Code, with the noted amendments.

These codes will go into effect July 1, 2020.

Printing Format: This version of the rules is published as a series of insert or replacement pages and is intended to be printed
as a two-sided document. Each page provides instructions for installing them in the model code book. Amendments to the
model code which are new or revised from the previous edition of this code are indicated by a line in the margin next to the
revised portions.
