I just happened to run across an article that detailed this new training book. I"ve never had any other sheet metal training so I can"t compare to any other experience in the field that I might have had. However, I have been exposed to a number of training programs, including the essentials training, the assembly training, in SolidWorks and in other competitive products. This book is every bit equal to any training course that I have ever taken. The book is very detailed and has excellent instructions. It was very easy to follow along and see exactly what was being illustrated. I do anxiously look forward to any supplemental training books that should come along by this same author. As far as the price, this is something I could very easily afford to get myself out of pocket. Where typically training materials, or training classes for this field are upwards of several hundred dollars. For what you are getting and the price you are paying for it, it"s a steal at twice the price. A fine, fine package. --Michael Scribner (Kennebunk, ME)
